SHAMANIC INTERACTION FOUNDATION COURSE
This detailed course is designed as a complete foundation programme in shamanic interaction and animism, drawing from the ancient Romani Gypsy culture. You will be studying with author of We Borrow the Earth, Patrick Jasper Lee, plus experienced wellbeing tutor, Linda Robbins, who has also completed the certificated Shamanic Counselling programme.
The course is also designed for those who wish carry their studies further into shamanic counselling, either for personal interests, or in a counselling/therapeutic practice.
Because these courses draw from the Romani Gypsy culture, they are likely to be the only courses of their kind in the world!

Shamanic Interaction - a mindset!
The Shamanic Interaction Foundation Course is in three modules, focusing on an education in how we may draw inspiration from animistic natural-world values when liaising with natural world and otherworld forces. All is drawn from authentic Romani Gypsy culture. Through a mix of home-study, Zoom calls, practical exercises & educational videos, students can take this course wherever they are located on the globe!
Module 1 covers spring (Feb-May), Module 2 covers summer (June-Sept), Module 3 covers autumn/fall and winter (Oct-Jan). Zoom calls are likely to take place at the end of each month.
Fees: £300 per module, payable before each module begins. All students are given help and support all the way along.

Shamanic Counselling Course
On completion of the Shamanic Interaction Foundation Course, students have an opportunity to move on to the certificated Shamanic Counselling Course - the only training course of its kind in the world!
The SCC will include the following subjects: the ancient Butsi session as a constructive therapeutic tool * ancient art of conscious dreaming * in-depth counselling techniques * managing clients * preserving boundaries * understanding personality types * psychology and science behind this ancient craft * importance of self-transformation * and more...
Students who qualify following the SCC programme receive a certificate and have their names added to a list of practitioners on PJL's website. This will be where everyone can find an authentic shamanic counsellor trained by Patrick Jasper Lee.
Course Homework
Homework for both courses will involve exercises and some written work, so that it is clear that you understand the nature of this way of thinking, along with understanding more about yourself. Should you move on to the Shamanic Counselling Course, you will have an opportunity to practice with clients on therapeutic Butsi sessions, using the ancient art of imagery, so that you have a thorough understanding of the way the shamanic counselling process works.
Suitability for the courses/discontinuing the courses
If it is considered that any courses are unsuitable for a student's needs, we will recommend a discontinuance of the programme. Similarly, if a student feels the programme isn't working for them personally, they can leave at any time. Please understand that no refunds can be given in either case.
We encourage awareness of cultural appropriation
Please note that we are also strong on matters of cultural appropriation and do not draw from any neo-shamanic/new-age styles of shamanism.
We encourage everyone to respect all ancient cultures, and as we are studying the ancient Romani Gypsy culture here on this course, we ask you not to attach to it elements of other cultures which you may have gleaned from other workshops.
